Terms of Service

1. Services

Microchip Technology Inc ("Microchip Technology", "we", "us") provides advertising-related services including ad account setup, prepaid ad credit top-up ("Ad Credit") and managed campaign delivery ("Managed Service"), as described on this website. All services are provided to business customers for professional advertising purposes.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are placed through this website. No payment is collected at checkout. After an order is submitted, we email secure bank card payment instructions (invoice or payment link). The order is confirmed and enters the delivery queue once payment is received in full. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive or in violation of platform policies.

3. Ad Credit

Ad Credit packages are denominated in US dollars and represent prepaid advertising balance. Ad Credit is loaded to the customer's designated ad account within 24 hours of payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused Ad Credit does not expire. Ad Credit is non-transferable between customers and cannot be redeemed for cash except as described in the Refund Policy.

4. Account Setup & Compliance

Ad accounts are configured according to each platform's policies and best practices. Customers are responsible for the content of their advertisements, landing pages and business practices. We may suspend service where required by platform enforcement, law or reasonable risk assessment. Platform decisions (such as ad account restrictions imposed by Meta, Google, TikTok or Bing) are outside our control, and we will assist customers with appeals as part of Managed Service.

5. Managed Service

Managed Service plans are billed monthly, cancel any time before the next billing cycle. Managed Service does not guarantee specific advertising outcomes (including revenue, ROAS or CPA); deliverables are effort-based as described in each plan.

6. Customer Obligations

You agree to provide accurate order and billing information, to use services only for lawful advertising, and not to resell account access or Ad Credit without written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content is the property of Microchip Technology Inc. Campaign creative delivered under Managed Service is licensed to the customer for their advertising use upon full payment.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or platform enforcement actions. Services are provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.
